Hi guys! I just wanted to ask a question, what is the proper way to clean a dog's ears to prevent infections? Also provide personal ear-cleaning tips if you want, much appreciated!

There is a special solution that you can get from the pet store to clean your dog's ears. I would suggest chatting to them about which product is best in your city. I've been lucky enough not to have ear issues with mine ( touch wood!) so we would always just use a cotton ball and warm water to wipe off anything in the ears

Last year, my Husky ended up with a double ear infection after going to the groomers. Pointy ear dogs are at a much lower risk of getting ear infections so I didn't think that was what the problem was. Prior to realizing that it was an ear infection, I tried cleaning them myself thinking that it was just an irritation of some sort. I got the best ear cleaning solution on the market and cleaned her ears as it directed. Come to find out, I could have made it worse by doing that. From that point on, I'm not going to try to clean her ears myself.
