Homemade food for dogs
Hi guys! I've been more interested in cooking food lately instead of ordering food and I want to start preparing homemade food for my dogs. Have you guys tried making food for your dogs? If so, what are some examples of meals to prepare? Should I be concerned about the ingredients in my dog's food and if so, what ingredients should I look for or avoid?

Hi! I actually asked something in the forum the other day because I've also been wondering about it! I'm thinking about boiling a chicken carcass ( after a roast) and then mixing in rice and veg... but would love some more input!

I did buy homemade food from a local business for a while and they loved it, their coats and skin looked amazing. Sadly she switched to only making raw food and I am not yet convinced by it... I might look into it. It seems there's a lot to getting it right so I'd definitely do some thorough research to make sure they're getting all the nutrients they need

I puppy-sat for my brother-in-law and he only fed the pup raw meats, including organs. I had a hard time with it but the puppy loved it! He's always been very healthy and has great skin so there might be something to it!
