When do you usually see your dogs starting to shed their winter coats? Any advice on how to keep this under control so not as much hair is coming off on floors/furniture?

No advice... but my cat is terrible right now so no idea how you are coping with dog hair! Thankfully my dogs don't shed... but sadly that does mean additional grooming to keep them tidy lol

Oh I'm watching this subject closely! I live in an area that is very warm, to hot, to surface of the sun hot for at least 9 months of the year and my Husky seems to shed excessively year round. Despite brushing somewhat regularly, I am picking up large amounts of fur off the floor almost daily. I'd love to hear what works for others!

Oh I can't imagine the hair a husky sheds. They have such thick coats.
