How do you use treats with your new pet? Do you have certain times of day you give them or just for reinforcing good behavior?

I give treats during training, when we are out and about to encourage good behavior, anytime she has to go in her "spot", and sometimes just because I love to see how happy she is to get a treat! When she knows she is getting one, she prances around the floor and throws her head around like a bucking bull! So funny,
