Hi guys! What are some training methods for training a dog to be calm and relaxed in high-stress situations or around loud noises? My dogs always gets antsy when they hear loud noises from the outside :(

Mine was exactly the same. While I’m not sure about training techniques, we did notice a massive change in her anxiety when we continuously would take her out in those environments every day, she grew to become more comfortable as she realized that the environment was less threatening than she thought. Comforting her and speaking to her when she was anxious also helped.

That's pretty much what I am thinking too. Regular exposure, comforting as needed, and reinforcement for calm behavior.
