I have a almost 9 month old Australian Shepard/Shitzu mix puppy who is not very confident in himself. Due to his lack of confidence I have noticed he can be pushy to my other (older) dogs. Almost like I'll push you before you can push me type of thing. He is definitely the lowest nember in pack of 3 dogs. I noticed that this lack of confidence also makes him a little more stubborn in training as he needs to assert himself almost in the I'll do it only when I want to. He is small like a Shitzu but definitely has personality and energy of Australian Shepard. Any ideas on how to build his confidence so I can stop some of the bad behaviors I'm noticing?
