Do all dogs grow out of the hyper puppy stage? My dog is three and feel like he’s just as hyper as he was at 6 months old. Curious if all dogs are like this?

This will depend on breed but for the most part around 4-6 they seem to calm down more

Definitely depends on the breed, sometimes on the individual dog. I had a friend that had a boxer. That dog was wired through most of his adult life!
