Hi guys! I am asking for my aunt, her dog has been vomiting often the past few days and she thinks she might have gastrointestinal disease. I how like to ask, what are other common signs and symptoms of a potential gastrointestinal issue in dogs, and when should I seek veterinary attention?

Hello! Aside from any noticeable eating, stool, or behavior changes, I'm not sure what specific signs would be cause for concern but I would say vomiting that occurs for more than 1 day would be reason enough to schedule a vet visit, especially if they aren't holding down water.
