Have you ever had your dog get a floppy warm ear? We thought a bee sting and the vet said to just keep an eye on it. Any thoughts??

Oh personally I haven't experienced a floppy warm ear in my dogs and to be honest I haven't heard of this before. Can you explain what it is? Also I hope your dog is okay :)
