My dog hasn't had a bowel movement in 2 days but she hasn't been eating as much the past two days either. At what point should I get worried she could have a blockage or something. Her belly isn't hard or anything right now

Some safe options include canned pumpkin, fiber supplements, and exercise. And definitely be sure they are getting enough water. When they are constipated, it is normal for them to not eat as much.
