I have a Weimaraner and she hasn't been feeling good the past couple days. She's not wanting to eat anything but grass and then she wants to spit up in her mouth and chew the grass some more. I don't know what to do

I tend to be nervous about these things and err on the side of caution so I would recommend calling the vet or even scheduling an appointment if it has been a couple days. Be prepared with information on water and food intake, general behavior, and urinating / defecating frequency and descriptions. Is the pup drinking and holding down water? If dehydration set in, it will only make things worse.

Yes I would maybe pop into the vet and get her checked. It's always a bit of a worry when they stop eating
