Did you take your current animal with you when you decided to rescue or adopt?

I did not, but have heard many friends who have done this. It’s a good opportunity to see if they will get along.

We didn't. I was scared it would be a distraction. But we did a special meet and greet when we got home

Well if ever I do, I think I would like to surprise my dogs whenever I rescue or adopt a new puppy and that’s why I wouldn’t take my dogs with me. I like it when I surprise them but I think they would react the same way when dog’s of our family or friends would visit. They would be very antsy at first but they would open up eventually.
